Welcome to Kathmandu, the vibrant cultural and spiritual heart of Nepal. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly received by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After a short rest and briefing about your journey, begin your first introduction to Nepal with a cultural exploration of the historic Kathmandu Valley.

In the afternoon, proceed to visit Patan, also known as Lalitpur – the “City of Fine Arts.” Located just across the Bagmati River from Kathmandu, Patan is one of the oldest cities in the valley and a masterpiece of traditional Newari architecture and craftsmanship.

Early in the morning, drive to Sarangkot (approx. 30 minutes) to witness one of the most breathtaking experiences in Nepal. As the first rays of sunlight illuminate the Himalayan range, enjoy panoramic views of the Annapurna massif, Dhaulagiri, and the iconic Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) rising dramatically above the Pokhara Valley. After the sunrise experience, return to your hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, begin your city tour of Pokhara, visiting some of its most important cultural and natural landmarks. Explore the sacred Bindabasini Temple, one of the oldest temples in the region. Continue to the impressive Seti Gorge, where the powerful Seti River flows through a deep and narrow canyon. After the hike, descend to the lakeshore, cross the lake by boat, and return to your hotel.

Day 4 Drive back Kathmandu

After breakfast, begin your return journey from Pokhara to Kathmandu, following the same scenic Prithvi Highway. The drive covers approximately 200 kilometers and takes around 6 to 7 hours, offering another opportunity to enjoy Nepal’s beautiful countryside.

Travel alongside the flowing rivers, terraced farmlands, forested hills, and traditional villages, experiencing the rural charm and everyday life of central Nepal. There will be convenient stops along the way for refreshments, lunch, and short breaks.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the evening is free for relaxation or optional independent exploration around the local market or nearby areas.

Day 5 Cultural Sightseeing tour. Departure Transfer

After breakfast, your cultural sightseeing tour begins. Your guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at 09:30 AM and accompany you for a spiritual exploration of Kathmandu’s most sacred heritage sites.

First, visit the revered Pashupatinath Temple, located on the banks of the holy Bagmati River. This sacred temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is widely regarded as the most important Hindu shrine in Nepal, often referred to as the “Abode of Shiva.” While only Hindus are permitted to enter the main temple complex, visitors can observe the temple surroundings, daily rituals, and the spiritual atmosphere from across the river. You will also witness the traditional Hindu cremation ceremonies performed at the ghats along the Bagmati, offering a profound insight into local beliefs and life traditions.

Afterward, continue to Boudhanath Stupa, located about 3 kilometers away.
