Trip Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu & Welcome Reception

Delegates arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and are transferred by private vehicle to their conference hotel. In the evening, a welcome reception introduces the group to Nepali hospitality, often featuring traditional music, cultural performances, and a networking dinner to kick off the program.

Day 2 Full-Day Conference Sessions

The main conference day, held in a fully equipped hall with stage setup, audio-visual support, and breakout rooms for smaller working sessions.
