This was such a lovely way to experience the Khumbu region. I enjoyed the walking, but the villages and local culture were just as interesting as the mountain views. Namche was fascinating, and I especially enjoyed the quieter trails beyond the busy areas. The views of Ama Dablam were incredible when the weather cleared. Race was friendly, patient, and always happy to explain things along the way.

I really enjoyed the Sherpa Village Trek from beginning to end. The combination of mountain scenery and village life made the experience feel much more personal than I expected. I loved walking through the forests, crossing the suspension bridges, and spending time in the Sherpa villages. Visiting Tengboche was another highlight. Race was a caring and knowledgeable guide who made the whole ten days comfortable and enjoyable.

Ama Yangri was one of the highlights of my Nepal trip. I enjoyed the slower pace, beautiful forests, quiet villages, and spectacular mountain scenery. Ama Yangri was my first proper Himalayan trekking experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction.
