The Upper Dolpo Trek was easily one of the most adventurous trips I have ever done. Twenty-four days sounds like a long time, but there was so much to see that the journey went by surprisingly fast. The remote valleys, dramatic mountains, traditional villages, and peaceful trails were incredible. I really enjoyed being far away from the usual tourist routes. Race was a fantastic guide and made the challenging days much easier.

Bigu Gumba was a wonderful surprise and easily one of my favorite memories from Nepal. I loved the peaceful trails, beautiful forests, mountain views, and the opportunity to experience local village life. The monastery added something very special to the journey and made the trek feel different from a normal mountain adventure. Race was caring, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout. I enjoyed every day of the trek and would highly recommend it.

The Bigu Gumba Trek gave me exactly the kind of experience I was looking for. It wasn't overly crowded, and we had plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature and interact with local people.
